As many of you know, I believe in ending the stigma against mental health and am a huge advocate for mental health awareness. Mindfulness is something that has been thrown around a lot lately and for good reason too. It can help those suffering from anxiety and depression as well as those who just want to lead a happier, more peaceful life.
In this guide I will discuss how the reasons why you should be practicing mindfulness, how to practice mindfulness and what is included in practicing mindfulness. You might be surprised to know that you are probably already practicing mindfulness in some way. Some of the mindfulness practices I list in the guide may seem silly to you and that's ok! Start with something that interests you are work your way up from there.
